Home brewed Patriot Lager.
Good judgment comes from experience, which comes from poor judgment.

Re: What are you drinking?
I never knew if it had an actual name, I just went with that since it's your recipe after all.mashani wrote:Mashani's Weizenbock as it's become known. It ages awesomely.
Having a Calypso Belgian pale ale.
Re: What are you drinking?
The last of a 19 month old IPA, made before I discovered the miracle of tailored water profiles. Never the best, but no sign of aging at all. It puzzles me why I have some that last forever and some that stale within 6 months, since my procedure pretty much never varies. Hmm.

Re: What are you drinking?
An early sample of "Saison d'Or". I thought this would be a Belgian Blonde, except the Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes yeast took it to a bit over 90% attenuation - which is more like a saison.
Re: What are you drinking?
Indian Pale Saison? French IPA? Whatever it is, it's good.

Drinking my hard lemon aid with Jim Beam. My own version of a Lynchberg Lemon Aid. The fruits of my labor hard at work and sure do taste good.

"Sierra Sunrise": american red ale, using the recipe from the first LBK-sized batch that I did as all-grain - a few AG batches ago.
