It may already be in the forum, but I didn't see it come up in a main topic...
I am looking to prime a 2 gallon batch ipa into a 2.65 gallon mini keg instead of bottles...
Is there a calculator for priming sugars on this compared to bottling....
And how should I go about relieving keg pressure if I only have a Picnic Tap and co2 mini regulator on hand?
I will probably bottle 2 one liters, but the rest I will go into the keg.

This will help you with priming sugar calculations, just plug in your numbers and the CO2 volumes you want based on the beer style / your liking.
Also if on the fence, it is always better to under carb then over carb IMHO.

Can't answer the second bit but unless you overprime and as long as you only use the CO2 regulator for serving (IE at a low pressure setting, and you may not even need it at first), then I don't see why you would need to relieve the pressure but maybe I'm missing something.
