One comment on using grolsch bottles is that green glass doesn't block UV light nearly as well as amber, and only marginally better than clear.

UV light causes a chemical reaction with hops that causes beer to become light struck (aka skunked). The compound that it's produced is literally the same one that makes a skunk's spray smell bad.

Make sure you keep the green bottles away from UV light sources such as sunlight and fluorescent light (LED lights are usually ok, but there are some that produce UV light). I used grolsch bottles regularly when I first started bottling in glass, so I'm not trying to dissuade you from using them, just trying to help you use them successfully.
