1 gallon of twisted monk witber.
2 gallons of strawberry hard cider
( I substituted 1 can of strawberry pie filling for the can of tart cherries in the original kit)
2 gallons of sinful swill veina lager,
4 gallons of Canadian blonde in new Cooper 6 gallon fermentation jug.
I love this stuff now hard to drink store bought beer..
I wish I knew about homebrewing years ago... I'm 64 and in love with brewing beer and now hard cider
Thanks everyone

Re: Latest brew
I know it's great..
I knew of homebrew for years I just never looked into it, I always thought it was like moonshineers you need all that equipment and stuff.
Then I was watching TV about homesteading and they made beer. I thought wow I gotta try this so I started my research and here I am making beer... so cool
Like the first time I grew bananas and papayas
I thought it was so neat to grow something you had to buy in the store..
Thanks all

Yep, it's fun and rewarding. I brew almost everything I drink at home.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

Re: Latest brew
Good to hear your success. It really is satisfying when you can make beer that you like well enough that you don’t have to buy beer at the store.
Well done. And it only gets better as you learn and brew more.

Re: Latest brew
My only problem now is gaining 100lbs for all the beer I'm drinking, and trying not to drink beer at 9am because the latest batch is ready.
