I think they may have changed the terms. I put a 50 lb bag in my cart and the estimated shipping was ~$25.

I've been getting multiple 10 lb bags from more beer. The 50 lb bags don't ship free, but 10 5 lb bags do.

Yes, I usually order 3 or 4 crushed 10# bags of base malt, and by the time I add some hops/yeast/specialty malt, I'm at free shipping.

I can't be positive but I think the shipping is deducted at the time of the sale. The shipping estimator is for everything else.
I'd call them and ask. Doesn't seem right to advertise it then not follow thru.
