Putting on a rack of ribs for dinner tonight. All rubbed up and ready to go.

Is that going to be enough? I can eat most of that. But I'm guessing a good amount of that corn you froze will come into play.

Looks like a good start BD. I didn't cook anything this weekend.

I love ribs and got to believe they were very good by the looks. I am ot of ribs until after October 17 unless I go to the store and buy some. Going to do some chops tomorrow with our homemade "kraut in a all day cook in the crock pot. Will give them a light sear first.

Meatloaf, garlic salted potatoes and sausage/cheese balls. I really like meatloaf on the smoker, I have always liked my Wife’s, my Mom’s and my grandmother’s meatloaf, but on the smoker takes it to a whole new level.

I still didn't get a plate pic. Everybody were grabbing slices as fast as I could cut. I didn't get the smoke ring usually get, it cooked in a little over 3 hours @225 and I thought it would take longer at that temp. It was juicy as it was brined for 5 hours. It is all gone as of today for my lunch sandwich.

9 lbs pork butt. Been on the smoker for 8 hours so far. Currently at 174 so still a ways to go. Image
