New member here, figure had to go with Locutus cause well nerd reasons.

Relatively new to brewing. I just brewed by 4th beer yesterday, first 3 where grain with the long boils. Yesterday I made my first using the Brewdemon system. Can’t wait to see how that one comes out. I’ve also been making ciders and meads.

Actually the beer came last. I did the Ciders, Meads, and wines first. I’m only doing small batch on the stove top, so far nothing over 2 gallon. Actually the Brewdemon is the first 2 gallon batch. I did one batch that I used the kit and made some changes to get a flavor I’ve been interested in and it worked out. A chocolate cherry stout, it tastes like a Chocolate Covered Cherry.
