Welcome! Take a few minutes and post a new topic in Assimilation to tell us a little about yourself.

I think you'll find this to be a friendly group. Many here have advanced quite a bit beyond using prehopped extracts, but we still remember our roots and life to help beginners. And as we advance, we continue to get help. Different people have different levels of expertise in different areas.

Thanks for the welcome, I finished my first batch of Pilsner on my Brew demon Signature . I must have done something wrong, It didn't come out very good. I followed all the directions, The beer color is amber and doesn't taste good, the only think is I used the Carbonation drops instead of sugar, had a few days where the temp registered to cold. I started another batch of Monk Witler will see if it works this time . Any help would be appreciated Thanks
