Thats funny. Watched Oblivian and The colony at work the other night. Both were pretty lousy but passed 2 hours of time. Ironman3 was ok. Got gijoe2, whitehouse down, olympus has fallen and a few recent films to watch over the weekend. The great gatsby is the other one. Loved the book so my hopes are up.

I never go to the theater anymore. I much prefer my home theater.
Watched GI Joe this weekend. Better than I thought it would be. Pretty good shoot em up movie. (Disclaimer: I was also 3/4 in the bag, so...)

I'm with you on watching in the HT rather than going out. Costs us about $60ish to take the whole fam damly to the cinema. Would much rather just buy the BD and watch in my HT. Sound and pic is just as good if not better anyway. Even if the movie sucks, I'm only out $20 rather than $60. What kind of HT setup do you have Gymrat?

Anybody seen RED 2 yet? It's a Willis movie so it can't be all bad.
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I have a 50 inch Samsung Plasma with a top of the line boxed blu ray surround sound system. I know a component system would be better but I am really happy with the one I got. I have it in my basement with my lights on a dimmer so I can capture the theater ambiance. I bought a theater style double reclining seat.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you have some home brew when you watch movies in that excellent setup. :stout:

Yes my kegerator and beer fridge are both in my man cave. Plus I have a toaster oven for heating snacks. And the bathroom is right behind the TV.
