I bottled a 5 gallon batch of Smoked IPA. Will be bottling a 2 gallon batch of Lemon pale ale tomorrow. I hope to brew an American Red Sunday.

I posted the recipe. I named it that because one of our Borg friends thinks "Porters are Icky". And I like the guy. So I named it after his phobia.

Just got done with a Fat Tire clone, used Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abby, pitched @68 deg. Was mostly a smooth brewday except had to change the propane tank during the hop boil.

Brew day went smooth for Pale rider (APA), only problem was that I dropped two icecubes into my hot wort while chilling, nothing too crazy! house smells like amarillo and centennial hops, (aka wonderful) hit gravity on the nose, time to be impatient!

Bottled - oatmeal cookie stout.
Brewed- Hard Cider
Brewed - Cervasa Clone with Lime. Used 2 lbs extra light DME, Hallertua, 2 lime zest, juice from 2 limes. (2.5 gal batch)
