Another Refugee...
Hi Guys!
I started with Mr Beer last winter when I got one for Christmas and brewed 11 batches of beer between January and May of last year, when it get too hot to brew here in Atlanta. Now as the year starts over, so am I.
I've got batches of "Baby Got Bock" , "1776" and a hard apple cider ready to go for this weekend.
Thanks to whoever put this together when the other place imploded, whenever it did (I kind of quit following it when it got too hot to brew).

welcome to the forum, billp!

Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Glad you found The BEER BORG billp. There's a lot of knowledgeable brewers on here willing to help on everything from MR Beer kits to all grain brewing and everything in between. Don't be afraid to join right in. How did you find this forum BTW?

Glad to have you BP and since you know most of the folks here from your cool weather days last year you know we love active brewers on the so participate as much as your time will allow. And we've got some great new folks for you to get to know as well.
Glad to hear the pipeline is getting back into the flow with cooler weather there. I use ice chests and plastic bottles to try to keep it going year round but currently have a clipped wing so nothing going on here.
PS funny you chose today about weather changing so you can start brewing again I heard here that the Evil Vortex got you guys as well.

Welcome a-borg!
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.
