Hope to start up a new bitch this week

Post by joechianti »

Time to start brewing more again. Just need to get pumped up. Been too inactive lately. Maybe a nice easy batch of something light and refreshing just to get the juices flowing. :give:

Damn! You are a bitch magnet!

I suppose that was a typo.

Not sure on your tastes, but something light with a zing sounds tasty!

I will be holding off for about two weeks. Going on vacation.
Bottling 5 batches when I come back and then doing 5 MB batches and a 5gal when I get back!!!! Cant wait!

Joe, its still hot where you are so a Saison would be quick and easy AND refreshing. To me IPA's are about as refreshing as you can get. To get the 'juices' flowing, hop it up with Simcoe and get a grapefruit bomb.

With work and night classes starting in less than 2 weeks, I should brew something while I have the time. Maybe a Red.... wife likes them, but will only drink a couple from a 5er, so I better like em....
