I 'sampled' a few of these and I can tell ya that they were an AWESOME pairing with the VARIOUS beers paul shared with me.....some of which were 'donated' by some of you.

Actually, some leftover turkey chili in the inside of the enchiladas. Just some cheese and fresh parsely. on top. She makes a number of styles of enchiladas but did a quicky with what was in the fridge.

If you guys think paul makes good beer, you have N.O. idea how good ms paul cooks.

I can go on and on and on and on and on and on ad infinitum about what that ms beerlord cooks. I HAVE NEVER eaten anything she's cooked that wasn't better than A+. ANd that's a fact.
