Understanding Water By our Very Own!!

Post by D_Rabbit »

I just jumped on to Home Brew Talk and loved the idea of putting specific items in to old mecine containers. Then I looked closer and noticed the article was written by our very own Vince "Screwy Brewer" Feminella!!

Here is the link. Take a look. He is very right that knowing what you are brewing with can sometimes make or break a specific style!

Thanks for posting and sharing the article with the gang. It seems HBT recently launched a new front page and they contacted yours truly asking if I'd be interested in contributing articles to them for publication. They're great folks to work with so after getting their article format I sent in my first article yesterday morning. I'll be sending in another one today, looks like I'll be a guest writer at HBT for sometime now and I'm very excited.

Thank you all for wishing me well, we've managed to brew a lot of great tasting beer over the years and each of us has learned a lot along the way. Yesterday I had my second article "Indoor Brewing - Clearing The Air" published on HomeBrewTalk with plans to publish several more articles in the coming months. With the fall season coming up bringing the cooler weather we're expecting here in the Northeast I'm sure we'll continue to have a lot more stories and experiences to share too.
