I was away from the Mr. Beer forum for a couple of months only to return and find what appears to be a mess. I thought that I would check out this site to see how it feels. I already see a lot of familiar names and Avatars.
I have been brewing for a year and I am an EBIAB brewer.
I love this hobby and I enjoy reading and keeping up with what is going on in the brewing community.

welcome to the borg
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.

Through the chambers of my brain.

Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

I am planning a Belgian Specialty Ale for this next Sunday. I may have to get it started at 4 am to beat the heat. It is over 100 in my garage with two fans running. I love Texas.
