. So, later that evening, it was back to the PM's and I make a mention of this stupid idea in passing. Beer-lord says that it's a great idea but his work schedule is tough in the summer. Inkleg chimes in and says...my wife will be in Nashville for a conference late January/early February and maybe that time could work.
Long story short......the trip is on!!!!
In just a few short days after the initial comment, we had hotel rooms booked and flights booked. So far Beer-lord, RedBEERd, Inkleg and I are committed. Kealia is trying hard, but his schedule may be an issue for him. We also included swenocha in the mix since he is a Nashville native. We have exchanged many a PM talking/laughing/planning this trip and decided that we wanted to open up the invite to anyone that would be interested in going.Our plans are to arrive on Friday, January 30th and depart on Tuesday, February 3rd. We plan on hitting some of the many craft breweries that Nashville has to offer and even bringing some of our own to do a tasting/swap of the homebrew. And of course, we'll watch the Super Bowl that Sunday together also.
So...consider yourself invited. You can either post here, or shoot anyone of us a PM if your interested. Should be a fun time that's for sure. And it's a good thing it will probably be cold outside.....Beer-lord will have to cover his legs up and no kilts for Inkleg.

It's only about 8 hr drive for me to Nashville and although I don't know what my work schedule will be for the Jan 30/Feb 2 weekend I am going to try to make it!
