I walk into the store at about 6:30pm and sitting on the counter staring at everyone that walks in is a half empty case Enjoy By 9/13/13. Only 6 bottles sitting there. I immediatley tell the guy that it's my lucky day and grab one. They had a limit of one per customer. I said to him that I didn't even know that they were getting them, he told me that he didn't know either and their distributor just dropped off the case.
So on to the ingredients for the pilsner, I grind the grains, get my hops, talk to a few people, and back to the counter. I start talking with one of the guys that works there about some german hops for the pils. Time to check out. I look down and there are no Enjoy By's left. It's 7:45pm. The guy told me that the case showed up about 6pm. So....in an hour and a half, 12 bottles of this stuff showed up and was gone.
Talk about being in the right place at the right time!!!
