Fortunately, I've got my own South Ferry Steam Beer just about ready for consumption, and I'll be kegging a fiver of Crown Top Pale Ale this weekend, so the homebrew pipeline will be flowing again real soon.
Ooh, I gotcha now on the copyright! Muhuwahaahaaaaa

Yeah, you could do a lot worse - although I say that never having tried a Two-Hearted myself. But, everybody raves about it so I'm assuming it's good :laugh

Took my little brewer in training to a friend's house to help him bottle and brew, and we shared some awesome beers through the whole process. In no particular order, we sipped on:

Troegs Nugget Nectar, Heady Topper, Hell or High Watermelon by 21st Amendment Brewery, Victory Kirsch Gose, Mr Rufus Blonde Naturelle, 3 Floyds Zombie Dust

Had a few Mackinac Island Red, which I renamed Michigan Red. I renamed Irish Hills Red to Ann Arbor Red.

We split a bottle of some New Belgium "Skinny Dip" after working in the yard.

It tasted like a cheap American macro beer mixed with a cheap pseudo-Mexican cerveza. Not recommended by me to anyone except folks who think "beer = BMC". I'd much rather drink some Kolsch.

I finished it but I don't want another. Ever. And normally I like what New Belgium puts out.

Glad we just grabbed a single of that off the mixer sixer shelf at Trader Joes.

This is the last bottle of my Smashbomb Atomic Clone, made for Nashville. It aged ok. Dank but not overly so...VERY dark but to me it has a harsh finish. But it's got to go.

Some Earl Grey tea as I fight the symptoms of a cold I'm now getting thanks to a sick person I was stuck sitting next to on my recent flight back from visiting family in Ohio. But, at least while there, I finally got to have Yuengling lager and porter, as well as Great Lakes Brewing pale ale and dortmunder. I was quite happy with them all.

Working at the in-law's cottage, getting rid of crap. Got here Friday night, had some Ring Your Bell Brown. SWMBO had a St. Valentine's. Last night had some Frutti's Beer, Keep Your Stinkin' Paws Off Wheat Beer with fruit flavoring. One blueberry, even 2 drops wasn't much taste (blueberry is a weak flavor), and one with a drop of apricot and a drop of peach. SWMBO had an apricot. Tonight had several Ann Arbor Red's.

Good day, yesterday we had a failed sale on an outboard when the last measurement turned out to be out of his fit. :(. Today sold two 60 year old outboards for $450 for the pair, one with a broken crankshaft. Tonight we're going out for a "Sold Father In-Law's Crappy Outboard Motors" celebratory dinner.

This is from yesterday:

Image

On the left is Omega Session - an American Mild. Didn't care for it as it was heavy on the coffee.

On the right is Alpha Session - a session IPA that I've had for the past few years. It rocks but they aren't bottling it this year [emoji22]
