I picked up this little beauty in upper New York State last weekend....

The C.H. Evans Brewery in Albany NY is really nice, the beers are great and the rustic somewhat historic interior of the bar and restaurant was interesting to look at.

Here is my new ride. It is a Tesla Model S 85D. This is an all wheel drive electric vehicle. It has been my dream car for a while and I was finally able to pull it off. This is one amazing car; 0-60 in 4.2 seconds,
corners like a dream and nearly drives itself. With 270 mile range it is perfect for my daily driving and can get me to Louisville and back to Indy on a single charge (grandkids in Louisville).

That is a great looking car. Tesla is a very interesting and innovative company. I was just thinking you would really look good in that car with a blue BeerBorg t-shirt! ;)

When my old car self destructs, I may decide to go for a Tesla if I can afford it. It would be all I need for the kind of driving I do. And 100% torque to 4 wheels at 0RPM almost instantly has got to be fun.

In 2017 the Model 3 is due to go on sale at about 1/3 the cost of the Model S. I'm sure there will have to be some compromises to get the price down so much, but I am sure it will be quite a car as well. This one is incredible. the first time I floored it my head hit the headrest pretty hard. The instant torque is a kick.
