Re: Recipe Collaboration Exchange - Fall 2015 pairings
Totally missed this happening. I guess I need to brew the roggenbier from the last time I was in one of these. I totally forgot about it. Good luck with the recipes and happy brewing, all...

I'm not seeing a problem with my PM's. Check your inbox, if your at 100% full, which I think is 75 messages, any future incoming messages will be put into cue until you delete some and make room for new ones.dbrowning wrote:I didn't get message from you, But tried sending you one in response to this messagephilm00x wrote:DBrowning, I sent you a PM about a week ago. I just saw your message last night, DB, but it was really late and I had to get up early for work. I'll send you an email in a bit as I'm about to go on my lunch break.

Leigh and I have decided to do some alternate brewing. We're making a sparkling hard cider.
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Brewed up a hop forward red that Taz11 and I worked on. Need to come up with a proper name. Sample looks good.

Looks good! Given the style, and your user name, might I suggest "Red-Headed Stepchild"? I used that for a mongrel brew I created, but you're welcome to it.Ibasterd wrote:Brewed up a hop forward red that Taz11 and I worked on. Need to come up with a proper name. Sample looks good.
