2016 Wizard of Saaz
Any entries going on? Akron Ohio based and it is later this month. Just shipped out my cream ale (first time bottling from the keg, so I hope it didn't oxidize and hope it stayed carbed) and then another entry which was my cream ale racked onto blackberries (bottle conditioned).

Was too late to the party, hit the entry limit before I could enter.

Hmm tough competition. My blackberry cream ale scored a 39 and didn't even place or get an HM. Must have been some good ones.
Re: 2016 Wizard of Saaz
Well, 39 is a darn respectable score so...
Congrats!
I have noticed that many are brewing better beer, competitions in general are getting more challenging.
You did well!

No doubt. A 39 is real nice.

Medal or no, I'd be very pleased with a 39.

Never mind, there it is.

Yeah that's a nice score there. How that doesn't place or anything is almost inconceivable.
