To swirl or not to swirl, that is the question...
I just bottled an "american" hefe for lack of a better name. I used wheat and 2 row about 60/40 with a some american hops and 1010 yeast. Just wondering if anybody has used this yeast and if you swirl it into the beer before pouring?
