Okay Moderators Okay...

Post by Brewbirds »

Hello Borg-I'm back

I kept getting PMs and E-mails from the moderators that RickBeer was driving them crazy and could I please return to my role as his diversionary target.

I was going to get back on a few times but it just seemed like there weren't enough hours in the day anymore.

I mean every time I decided to come back, after all I new RB would be eagerly awaiting my return, I remembered another chore that needed doing like...
.... reaming out the dryer vent, seasoning all my cast iron pots or reorganizing the vacuum cleaner parts.

Anyway since you moderators finally started offering me free beer if I came back BB2 insisted that I try and clear a few hours for Borging (hey I just made a new verb  ).

I've missed everybody, well er um, lots of you.

OOOH gotta go time to clean the coffee pot.

Okay guys you have our shipping address, send beer east.

:p

We missed you guys too! But all you did was a nice try, it won't work. RB cannot be stopped and is not even human so I'm not sure even us super mods can help you out.

Thanks for dropping a line and it's great to hear from you! Life does have a habit of getting in the way of things we'd like to do and we understand. Take care of yourselves first and us second.

Hey TT

Actually thinking of you today when I saw the radar over Norfolk on the news, looked like y'all were getting hammered on the VA coast.

We are not in VA anymore, which is why I haven't been able to post much, we finally found a house in Greenville, SC.

We are "kind of" moved in meaning we are able to stay in the house but we are fixing to embark on a massive remodel for BB2.

I'm glad you posted to this thread because I keep thinking about our shared valve issues, hope you are doing well.

My cardiologist almost killed me when I went for the cath but a full court press of doctors and nurses saved me.

I guess I'll get a new batch of docs now that I'm here.

Hey JJ yes it has been a while and you were on a adventure of your own with the home brew store. I haven't been around the other Borg news/threads yet and hope all is well with that.

How is your back? Still getting real bad? It really bums me out when that happens and there isn't any relief.
