Hmmm...
While Blend #11 seems to add up to 99.84%, respectably close to 100%...
Blend #10 only adds up to 92.86%... About 7% less than 100%...
Paul, you got ripped... Or maybe it was the 7.14% hop tax!
My guess is they missed one in the list

I did add it up and realized he missed one hop in the list. I still have another 4 oz of #10 and am waiting to see what the next blend will be though it may be awhile. Remember, I vowed not to buy any hops until the new year. It's painful but I've been good so far.

I took a growler of this to band night last night and somethings going wrong with it. I thought it was just me being critical of my beer but all agreed that while not bad as in an infection, it's changed. One person said it was almost a semi-metallic taste. Maybe all the hops from the Farmhouse Blend are now starting to fight for flavor control.
So, I'm going to keg hop with about an ounce of Amarillo or Cascade and see what happens in 2 days. I don't think there's more than half a keg left so I'll see what this does as a mask for the possible off flavor.
Only other thing to check is the growler though the last glass pour directly from the keg was starting to make me question the taste as well. I am pretty sure what is not the problem and that's the lines. I clean the lines with EVERY keg I change, flushing them and cleaning the tap as well as the ball lock fittings. No way is there funk there.
As I said, still drinkable, just not the greatest, freshest taste that it gave me until about a week ago.

Doesn't oxidation give off a metallic type flavor? It's not something I would trash at this point in any way but my kegs last much longer and usually improve over time.
A good amount will be consumed this weekend!

Interesting. But if the malt wasn't fresh, why would it take weeks to show up!?
But, Red X is not that popular so maybe that's the problem. More 'studying' is needed.

I can tell you that the bottle I drank the other day had no issues at all. I'll pop the "?" bottle in a few days and see what/how that one is and let you know. If I can get through all the black tape on the f***ing bottle, that is

Got an ounce of Amarillo and 1/2 oz of Cascade in the keg. I'll take a taste on Saturday but I'm sure what's left of it will be fine.

I don't keg so maybe this is a dumb question, but depending on how you clean the things, do you sometimes have to passivate them like other stainless steel equipment?
Might be a really dumb question if you use star-san anyways, as that would do it regardless.
The only metallic tasting beer I've ever made came from molasses. Which is why I don't like to use molasses in beer.

It isn't a strong flavor, just a slight off taste. It's not as noticeable from the tap as it is from a stainless growler. The growler is pristinely cleaned between uses.
Maybe most wouldn't even know it but there has been a definite but slight change.

I did some reading on this last night while watching the Browns lose.....AGAIN.
Most things I've read point this to metal in the equipment. You mention the stainless growler. Are you sure the inside is stainless? Not sure why anyone would make a stainless growler then line the inside with something else. But just talking out loud. Articles also talk about the faucets, but you have good quality faucets from what I remember you saying.

Let's also be honest - you are hyper-critical of your beers.
You did say that others picked up on it too, so I will give you that I suppose.
Not having tasted this off taste, I wonder if it is indeed the hop profile changing.
