I just returned from SE Georgia last night. They've had a very mild winter, until now. It got below freezing a couple of nights, which isn't too bad unless you are sleeping in an unheated boat. I did warm it up with the oven and a mantle lamp (Aladdin) until bedtime, when all fires go out. Then it's just body heat and fleece.
Back home temps are still well below normal.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

It got to 71 here (all time high) and we're supposed to set another record today.

This morning woke up to a light snow fall covering things, then it got heavier. Slush on roads, sidewalk covered. It is now 45 and nearly all traces are gone.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...
