I wish someone would make a less tall / more wide version of one of these things.
Besides Braumeister that is. There stuff qualifies as what I am describing, except it costs 4x more to get the equivalent unit as this.
I want to put whatever I am using on the counter, and the sparging is a serious drag if it's 10' in the air.

Exactly, that's why I'm building a 12" high cart for mine and that's not a bad lift at all then, but you then have to have a pump to transfer to the fermenter. I think most of these units are designed for table top/counter top brewing with where the location of the controls are. Mine is 41" high in the sparge position, put that on a standard 3 ft high counter top and you are 6 and a half ft. up.mashani wrote:I wish someone would make a less tall / more wide version of one of these things.
