Hop Pick '14... note my impromptu fresh hopping technique in the Yazoo 10 Year White IPA...

Three times as many hops this year. The mystery has been solved... Linus sent the hops off for analysis and found that the mystery hops are cluster hops. They are making the same sized batch as last year, but hopping it much more heavily. Should be another great batch. I have a case coming my way in three weeks (the beer starts in the boil tomorrow). Another great day at the hop farm...
