Whamo so sorry about the loss of Jessie.

We have our "Garage Kitty" Sliere that found us when the housing market tanked around 09-10. Best we can tell she's Norwegian Forest Cat. So we also understand the hair thing too.
Love the name Matilda the Hun.
The thread I linked too is a great read of pets present and past. Please post about Jessie and Matilda in it so we may also know, enjoy and cry also. Pets are wonderful therapists, the just don't know it.

I have lost 3 dogs, most recently my Ryley this past November. The holes are still there, my heart has just learned to beat around them. Every time, I’ve gotten a new dog. Not a replacement. And every time, I wonder how I will love them as much. But I always do, eventually. Not the same, but just as much. Bela was Bela and Kinky is Kinky. You will love her because that’s how you roll.

So, are we going to bring one home in a few weeks kinky-inky?

We are not in a rush and want what makes Judy happy. She normally adopts them out at 14 weeks so about another 10. Though now we are looking at getting BOTH OF THESE CUTIES!!!!!!

Nope, that picture is upright. That silly little goober is looking backwards.
It was great to visit with Judy today. She is a wonderful friend that we love dearly. She lives on the other side of town an hour away with good traffic, so we don't get down as often as we like.
But we sure get our fix of Naked Cats when we go.
