These are all great approaches--but the great thing about homebrewing is that each brewer can decide what they like best for themselves--which is why products like this exist!

I didn't look into the price, and I'm not going to get one but I do think the fact that it exists is cool--especially if it actually works like its supposed to!

That's neat. I wouldn't spend the money on it, but it is neat to know stuff like this exists.
