Al Gore is no longer a politician, just a regular d'bag like me an you (well....me) so it's not political. But at least you know who Al Gore is. Half the country has no idea which might be a good thing. :jumpy:

  Right I got two cause they were small!
Each area of the racking had something different, but they had NO sours going. Those big tanks I recalled from Beer Geeks, but it wasnt that brewery where they were blending funky beers from those giant barrels.

After Allagash, went to Rising Tide a small brewery with keg and can line and tasting room, tried flights of their beer, BS'ing with the guys there, said I homebrewed and had some with us, said bring it in, I served up flights of my beer to them, they were loving it, then broke out one of the brewmaster's ciders he did for experimental batch 6 months earlier, whole apples pressed and left to spontaneously ferment with the yeast from the apples he used, that was a great tasting cider.

Extremely envious of your vacation Steve, and must learn how you convinced SWMBO that your vacation would be spent visiting breweries. You need to trademark that and make a fortune.

The plan for Wednesday Newport, Rhode Island, Newport Storm Brewing tour and Thomas Tews Rum distillers, these were on Dirty Jobs a couple years ago. Then up the road a couple miles for dinner right around the corner from the hotel at Coddington Brewing Brew Pub.
