I've not gotten around to this either, mostly because it's something I'll brew when the weather is warmer.

Mashani, I was thinking the same thing. It isn't really the time of year for a Gose, but that's the beauty of homebrewing, I can make it whenever. However I will be making one again in the summertime, and probably doing a sour mash that time, just gotta figure out a way to hold the mash temp for a sour mash
