I picked up a Fresh Boneless Leg of New Zealand Lamb.
Nice little spice rub and Apple wood chunks on the smoker

Dave I use Maverick Redi-Check temp probe, love the smoker and meat dual temp.

I need to find one that has two meats and smoker temp ;)

I will second the Maverick - it's a great wireless BBQ thermometer!

I'll look into it, on your recommendation, but as nice as it is, I'm not going to go nuts looking. I know I can get a good digital at my local supermarket, and that should serve me well.

Toby, that meal looks amazingly good! Nice job on that lamb and potatoes!

I've grilled lamb chops, and that's the only way I'll eat 'em. Otherwise they just seem too greasy to me. I doubt I'd have cause to slow-cook/smoke a whole leg of lamb. But I bet it would be mighty tasty.
