if you already have a Brew Demon account you will need to email customer service with your email address you use for your Brew Demon account and the promo code and they will add you into this group discount.

Thanks all! Glad to be here. I found that other topic with that instruction about contacting their support and have now done that. Much appreciated.

I am now being nudged repeatedly by email to complete my purchase, which I want to do only after I start getting this 15% discount! Pretty crazy how obfuscated this process is.

FYI, I happen to work for Discourse.org, a company that makes more modern forum software than phpbb - would be glad to talk to whoever is in charge here about the possibility of migrating. It's common for phpbb forums to upgrade to discourse. I'm (to)biased of course, but would be happier to spend time here on this forum if it had a more user friendly and modern interface.

Seen different responses to this but how do I get the discount on BrewDemon's website?

The answer is a few posts up. I had success with this - Brew Demon sent me a reply within a short time letting me know I got the discount.
