I think that if you set up the account before adding the code, you need to contact customer support to get the discount.

Thank you, I wrote to the customer service email, and still not working. I tried to order some recipes and even if the WEHAVEBEER code got entered, once I get to the pay section it is pulled out and says that the. Owen is not valid for my account.

Any idea what else I can do? I sent another email but it looks like nobody is attending the service email.

Sorry, I can't help with that. It's been a few years since I ordered from BrewDemon, and I don't recall the details. Is there a phone number for customer service?

I'm going through the same thing myself. Customer service message hasn't been acknowledge or replied to. The BrewDemon account this thread says to message has been inactive since August 2020 so I can't imagine they're going to be responding to any messages. Today tried calling the customer service phone number and no one answers. Left a detailed message, but I don't know that anyone's going to hear it.

Also figured I'd try creating a new account with another e-mail so I could just enter this code during registration myself, though I really didn't remember seeing any place to enter such a thing the first time, and...there is no place to enter the code. It literally only asks for name/e-mail/password to create an account.

I sent an email last night and today they responded. The discount is now linked to my account and I ordered some recipes today. It worked fine.

Try using customerservice@brewdemon.com and I hope it helps.
