Wow, some of you have been very busy! (Dave, Steve, mashani, jimjohnson, I'm lookin' at you....)
Good on ya.
Actually since starting to work for my LHBS I've had little time for brewing, and what little there has been is HME brewing.(on the plus side Muntons has some pretty good 6 gal HMEs)

Ain't that ironic, to be working at the LHBS and not enough time to brew

Sorry you have no time to brew Jim. But the Muntons Gold kits are quite good - as good if not better then the old Mr. Beer seasonal refills. If you can score a "Woodforde" kit from Muntons, those are even better. I just don't know if they are available in the states anymore. But those make most excellent beers (they are all award wining Campaing For Real Ale recipies).

Actually the Muntons Connoisseurs wheat and pilsner kits are pretty good.

I brewed 19 batches of beer, and 1 batch of hard RootBeer. It comes out roughly to 40 gallons all told. Sad to say the Rootbeer was lousey.Really had an off-flavor,so I dumped it. I put brewing on hiatus here over the summer months b/c it's too hard to maintain temps, and I usually have a bunch of cases from Spring brewing to consume. It seems to work out great that way,for me,so Why fix it if it ain't Broke? :give:

I don't think I will get another batch in this year, might though. Last year I brewed 110 G's so am close this year @ 104.5 G's. Might just go ahead and do another 5.5 of the Bottoms Up Brown to take to Asheville for the Borg Meet-up, that would be dead on to last year.

Looks like I'll be at 65 G or so after tomorrow's brew day, plus about 10 G of cider.

20 gallons since returning to brewing this fall. I'm going to try and squeeze in one more Monday morning, BUT it is also my wedding anniversary so we will see.

Now that's some serious dedication right there.

Woke up at 4:00 for no reason at all and was already set up to brew this morning. Brew day is done an cleaned up by 9:00 am. Wife didn't get up until 8:30 so that bullet was successfully dodged.
