Well, I'll be dipped. Was just looking for a good movie to take wife to tonight and found a new movie theater/brewhouse/diner about 5 miles from my house. Had no clue it was there. But that's not the best part. Every Tuesday is "Pick your Pint Day". Every beer they have is $3/pint all day long. And you don't have to eat or watch a movie. They have a bar as well that you can just sample the brews at. I wish I knew about this place while I was sitting around on this government shutdown. I could have been there all day long the past two Tuesdays. But now I can stop by after work once a week to sample the "cuisine". I just noticed they also have "Made in Texas Mondays", when all Texas beers are $3. Now I can stop by twice a week. May be able to get a smaller ice chest for the commute to work now. I think life just got a tiny bit better in this little town.

Dude I am so jealous.
Once the wheel chair is ready to go into our van we will definitely want to join you there.
I think we will be trapped between two low water crossings again this week if the local news got it right. If I keep trying to get you out here to drink beer with us we may just break this drought. Inviting you out here has been much better than the old wash the car trick to get it to rain on the lake.
If you want to come still we could throw beers to each other with a rope and floaty attached.

Headline in December Texas Newspaper:
New theater/brewhouse/diner closes abruptly.
"We thought our concept was good" said the owner. "Then some old guy showed up at 8AM on a Tuesday and wouldn't leave until we closed. He drank everything we had, even some antifreeze for my car.".
