MB Poor Richards Ale

Okay so I brewed this in the beginning of August and somehow didn't manage to try one until now. I have to be honest I am a little surprised.

Recipe is :

MB American Ale HME
Softpack DME - Pale
1 1/2 ounce Cascade Hops @ 10 minutes
I used US-05, recipe does not call for it however

Surprising amount of hop flavor and aroma...Tastes pretty good. Only real complaint is mouthfeel..I'm not sure how to describe it, feels thin? Used Northern Brewer carb tabs, isn't undercarbonated...
