Gose finished

Here is my Gose, I used the BYO recipe with some minor tweeks. The taste is good for a first time Gose and it has nice head and head retention throughout. I think it is lacking some tartness, I always prefer a little more on the tart side for Gose's. Next time I will probably try a sour mash instead of using acidulated malt to make it have a more traditional sour taste. Overall I am happy with it

After having the Westbrook Gose, I just feel as if all others will fall short
If you ever feel like trading some beers that you can't get from here in Louisville, I'd be willing if Westbrook was offered in return
