Ralph's Tasmanian Wheat
I had some friends over last night after work. I really wanted to serve this beer but I just bottled it Sunday (last night was Friday). I am one to sample my beers shortly after packaging but this is the shortest I have tried yet. Much to my delight it poured with perfect carbonation. The flavor was all that I could hope it would be. I could really taste those Galaxy hops. Plus it has a really nice aroma. But it had more of a bitter bite than I care for. My friends loved it so maybe it is just my pallet. Anyway I am going to brew this beer again. But this time I am going to turn on my chiller until the wort gets to around 170F then shut the chiller off and throw the hops in. That way I should get the flavor without the bitterness.

Only for the amount of time that I set for my hop stand. In other words, I am using 30 minutes right now.
