Re: Survey and Discount
Is that from Brew Demon? If it's from the .... other place.... It could be 100% off, I would not order from them.

Re: Survey and Discount
I took the survey, and made genuine suggestions. But I don't foresee using the discount.

Re: Survey and Discount
You finished the survey? I started it but gave up. It asked how long I waited before opening the box. The next page asked why I have not opened it yet. Then asked what commercial beers I buy. Then what beers (craft) I splurge on. What? I can't only buy craft?

Yeah, no surprise, the survey wasn't well designed.

I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

...after going back and rereading the original survey question...
I may use the discount as I want to try brewing a couple of the new beers in my 3 gallon better bottles.
Re: Survey and Discount
Yes, forgot to mention that it was from the other place. I didn't answer most of the stuff. Didn't answer anything to identify myself (not that it really matters). In the one about what beers I drink I listed Shiner, Stone, Sierra Nevada and another "S" beer, Saint Arnold. I won't use the discount, I even mentioned it in the survey. Not sure what they hope to gain from it, it isn't like they listened to any suggestions everyone gave them before.

Re: Survey and Discount
I finished it. I rather enjoyed putting beerborg.com as a site I go to, with a conspicuous lack of MrB community. also told them to loose the PoR but I imagine they'll quit reading after beerborg.com

I am drinking ale today."

Yep, I told them that too.jimjohson wrote:told them to loose the PoR
Re: Survey and Discount
Wow I keep forgetting to scroll down this far on the index page.
I can't believe how many of you did the survey; when it popped into my e-mail I laughed out loud and told BB2 what they did.
To follow up the now infamous radical upgrade by sending us a survey was so far out there I almost fell out of my chair.
Does anyone over there have even the very slightest teeenny tiinny CLUE.

Re: Survey and Discount
I did the same thing. It was the only site I listed in that section. I also mentioned that things were fine before the buyout but since then it's not very good at all. I said if I had gotten a current Mr. Beer kit as my introduction to homebrewing, I would have quit it for sure after the first or maybe 2nd batch. Especially considering their instructions saying that "good beer" can still be made and consumed in 14 days.jimjohson wrote:I rather enjoyed putting beerborg.com as a site I go to, with a conspicuous lack of MrB community.

In case anyone does care, the survey coupon will stack with any other coupon they sent you recently.
