Looks pretty awesome. I'd love to isolate some wild strain native to FL and see how funky it is. Or when I go visit my parents in Ohio I could take a sample from the barn hoping to get a funky strain.

That is kind of cool. Might want to think about that in the future when I want to mess up a good thing.:)

I think the coolest part is the mailing in for their library. Open source yeast, power to the people!

Maybe I should get this and try to capture my house brett in a more controlled manner.

That's pretty cool. I wish he would have showed how to capture some yeast from fruits like he mentioned. It as kind of weird that the 1/2 gallon jar was mysteriously filled with some sort of yeast or wort to begin with.
