The brewery, not the theory. I was there Sunday, in Salisbury Md. In my humble opinion, they make one of the very best IIPAs, Lot#6. Their IPA, Lot#3, is very good, equal to many highly respected and widely circulated. The pub is fun too, good food and service, good beer chat. I had the Lot#6 in Berlin Md this winter, and it blew me away. Now they bottle it too. If for any reason you find yourself in Salisbury, check it out. If you are anywhere on the Eastern Shore, look for it in a package store. I really like the Exile Red too...and the Belgian...
