This sounds delicious!
Re: Dark Cherry Saison
That could be a good use of the El Dorado. I've pretty much decided I'm only using them again in a darker/more roasty/caramely kind of beer due to the strong jolly rancher flavors, they are a bit much in the pale beers I made with it, but blended in well in a dubbel and English brown ale. But fruit beer might work fine.
Re: Dark Cherry Saison
I used it before in a straight forward DME brew with Saf05 that came out great. But the taste seem perfect for a Saison I can't wait for this one.
Re: Dark Cherry Saison
That yeast was going crazy already last night!
Re: Dark Cherry Saison
Bottled this one today. Took sample tasting, should be good.
Re: Dark Cherry Saison
This one came our great. You seem to can't miss with Belle yeast. The cherry and el Dorado are slight but present. Along with the Saison yeast is a great combo.
