Another Garage Sale find
So, our church held a huge garage sale to raise money for a charity. The entire gym was filled with tables filled with junk treasures. Amongst all the stuff I found a rather non-descript brown cardboard box with a sticker on it that read $5. I opened it up and inside was the following.
A complete, practically unused FoodSaver system The main system complete with bags and sealing rolls. A handheld vacuum system with dozens of bags. And a another "off brand" hand held vacuum system So of course I bought the whole box. This will be good to store hops and grain as well as other things.

Congrats! Yea, that ought to work well to store your hops, yeast, DME and whatever else.

Nice find Leigh!
Just a lesson learned tidbit.
I buy hops by the pound and use to go vacuum seal crazy and do 1 and 2 ounce bags. Lot of hassle, big waste of bags.
Now I'll just vacuum seal the whole pound after opening. On brew day I'll open the bag, remove the amount of hops needed then reseal the bag till next time. Whole lot less hassle.
