Had some three year old (three years past the expiration date) T-58 that I wanted to use up so...
Threw this together today...
Should be good... Haven't made a West Coast style American / Belgian IPA in a while so I'm looking forward to it.

Boil 2 min (1.9 IBUs)
2 pkg - SafBrew Specialty Ale
DCL/Fermentis #T-58
[Since it was pretty old, I used both packs... Probably overkill but that's ok, it won't be over-pitched due to it's age.]

Add after day 3 of Primary Fermentation (5.7%) - 45.0 SRM
Profiles for Recipe:
Pot ( 4 Gal/15.1 L) - Extract
Single Infusion, Medium Body, No Mash Out
Ale, Single Stage
My Carbonation Profile
Notes:
Feed the 8oz of D-45 on Day 3 of Primary Fermentation.
