Perlick 650SS flow control faucet

Anyone use this faucet and have comments to share? I have some nice Perlicks and would not replace all 3 but would like to try one of these as they are highly reviewed and help reduce foam. For me, if I don't use the tap for a few days in a row, the first 1/4 pour comes out foamy but perfect after that. I'm thinking this could help as my only other option is to drink beer more often.

We have a local neighborhood brewery here that uses these faucets, he swears by them (not about them), it says it saves him quite a bit in lost beer when dealing with excessive foam.
