Smoked a couple Fatties today.

1 lb ground pork seasoned to sausage in a freezer bag and rolled with a rolling pin.

Some rub and some sweet BBQ sauce, a blend of cream cheese, and cheddar and pepper jack cheese

Weaved bacon

Fatty one. Fatty 2 same thing but with a venison loin inside in stead of the cheese.
