PicoBrew is launching a new model, geared towards advanced brewers!

When we started PicoBrew, we were just three home-brewing beer geeks in a garage. We were freshly freed from corporate jobs, and we were on a mission to make the process of making great craft beer better. When we started, homebrewers and even professional brewers couldn’t easily replicate each other’s recipes. Jim, Avi and I knew that with innovations in hardware, software and process-control we could achieve nirvana: a precise, repeatable process that could be computer controlled, allowing the whole world to share the beautiful art and science that goes into creating great beer. Fast forward 7 years…

Today is an exciting day for us: We’re introducing the PicoBrew Z Series, our first professional-grade, all-grain brewing appliance line. While we have been very successful with 2 generations of consumer Pico machines, we have not yet addressed the needs of the prosumer and professional audience since the launch of our original Zymatic…until now!
