My first IPA
I couldn't wait anymore to try one. Almost 3 weeks in the bottle. Fantastic! It is a clone of Two Hearted Ale and was what I had hoped it would be. 1 week dry hop and aroma was good but I think next time I am going to do commando and less time. Aroma got better as it warmed up. The Centennial provides a great balance oh hop and malt. The only complaint is that it turned out darker than I had hoped for and that is with a late extract addition. But taste is all that matters. I cannot wait to try it in another week! I love this hobby !

Re: My first IPA
Congrats, looks good though and taste is all that really matters. What was the recipe? I think Two Hearted is a very simple recipe of base malt, maybe a little light Crystal malt and all Centennial.
