Time limit on cold crashing ?

Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!

Time limit on cold crashing ?

Post by sf49ers »

Hello,

I put my Beer de Saison in to cold crash last Wednesday 09/04. Had planned on bottling on Sunday 09/08. Have not got to it, and now getting ready to leave for the coast until Friday. I am thinking the beer will be fine if i don't bottle until Saturday 9/14 ? Is there something better I should do like put it back in the fermentation chamber, or just leave it be ?

any info would be much appreciated.
